By accessing or using the services of TrueVector Insight at truevector.bond (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Purchases & refunds

When you purchase a course, you obtain a personal, non‑transferable license to access the materials. Refunds follow our policy: self‑paced refundable within 7 days if under 20% progress; live/cohort refundable up to 48 hours before start. Fees are shown before checkout.

Acceptable conduct

• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Site
• Do not share private course content outside permitted use
• Respect peers and facilitators; debate ideas, not people

Intellectual property

All content is owned by TrueVector Insight or its licensors and protected by IP laws. You may use materials for personal learning as permitted; all other rights are reserved.

Disclaimers & limitations

We provide educational content “as is.” We do not guarantee outcomes, promotions, or financial/medical results. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.

We may update these Terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
